Rules of return and exchange of goods

1) Return and exchange of goods may take place within 30 days of purchase.

2) The return of goods within 7 days from the date of purchase will be made by returning the price of the purchased goods to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of payment in cash for goods, cash will be returned, in the case of payment by credit card for goods, the return will be made by crediting the price of the goods to the same payment card.

3) an exchange consists in replacing the goods purchased by the customer with goods of the customer’s choice within a given model with a different colour or size, if available in the shop

4) the new goods that the customer intends to return or exchange must not have any signs of use, in particular they must be clean, they must not be damaged, the goods must be in their original packaging at the time of sale, the goods must not have been purchased in a promotional action that excludes the possibility of returning or exchanging the goods

5) you will need your receipt or other proof of purchase for the refund or exchange to be accepted by a shop employee

6) if you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer or your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund please contact us at sprzedaz@stalmielec.com.

7) Only products at the regular price are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

8) we only exchange products if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to sprzedaz@stalmielec.com and the item to Solskiego 1, 39-300 Mielec, Sklep FKS Stal Mielec

9) to return an item just send it to Solskiego 1, 39-300 Mielec, Sklep FKS Stal Mielec

10) you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you return the item. Shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the listed product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items you may want to consider using a tracking service or taking out parcel insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
